  My friend and I booked this unit for a two week girls’ trip. The location is beautiful, the view is great, and the unit was very clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen.
  
  There were a few issues, however. The cushions on the patio furniture need cleaning, and the living room air conditioner dripped water we had to place towels underneath it. The second bedroom is quite small and lacks drawers. It also offers little privacy due to sliding doors that don’t lock; you can see and hear everything from the living room. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this room for two people.

  Overall, our party of four adults ( two couples) enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean and smaller island are amazing. The pool and hot in the common area were well maintained and a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. We eat out and sat out on the patio most of our time when we started and ended our days. The kitchen was equipment nicely and was a good way to have some meals instead of eating out every meal. The dining and living rooms were good size but seldom used. The primary on-suite was a very nice space but the mattress my need replacing. The bath was large, and the shower is enormous. The second bedroom is small and lacked storage and privacy. The sliding louvered doors blocked the view, but not the sound. We also had issues with the hall bath drained slowly, and the shower faucet was installed backwards. Some of the closet doors would not close properly. The ceiling fans and light fixtures worked by remotes, but they need to be reprogramed to separate operation form room to room. These issues were brought to the attention of the management company and the assured us that they would be addressed. Susan with the management company was also very helpful in resolving an issue with our late check out. Thank you for a great place to call home while we were visiting paradise.

  We had a great experience and hope others will too. Our original rental unit became unavailable at check-in due to an issue with the AC. The property manager immediately had an alternative rental for us to check into. While it was further away from the beach, the unit itself was great! Ocean view, the most comfortable beds & bedding we’ve ever had outside of our own home, And fully stocked with everything we could need.

The AC are wall units, and worked mostly well (in one of the rooms, the AC unit seemed to not cool down very much). Beds more on the soft side. The property management was very professional.   The property location and view was wonderful The pool was nice and landscaping top notch. The unit itself was adequate but overall dated. We would prefer to have direct beach access but the 10 minute walk wasn't too bad. While there was salt and pepper in the kitchen, there was no other cooking staples except a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and a dab of balsamic. Windex or some other all purpose cleaner would have been helpful as would a dustpan and brush to clean up sand.

  My family stayed at the condo for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The condo was spacious and very relaxing..... the home was recently renovated and was spotless... it has terrific views of the ocean and sunsets which were just perfect! We're a family of 4 and the place was a perfect size for the whole family and having a washer/dryer in the unit was an added bonus. Also, we would just hang and enjoy the spacious and amazing balcony/lanai. Being upstairs gave us a better view and a perfect breeze to cool off after swimming at the nearby beach (10 min walk). Everything you could want in a Maui vacation home.... we definitely will be back!

  The unit was terrific and a great spot from which to enjoy our vacation. The unit had all of the amenities that we needed, including nice items for the beach such as good backpack chairs and coolers. Romvari was also terrific in answering questions that we had when the occasion arose. Sitting on the lanai and looking out at the ocean was a real treat. I'd recommend both this unit and any unit from Romvari if asked.

  I want to leave a balanced review. There were good and not so great things. The view and location is very good. For a high end property we had however expected bettter. The management company was very good and responsive to the issues we ran into. The unit has a nice updated interior. With all the hard surfaces however you could hear every noise from the kitchen, patio or bath in every part of the unit. The guest bathroom fan was also extremely loud. Outside of the managements control there was also construction on the unit below every day including the weekend. We also had to deal numerous maintenance issues. One with the AC not working and leaking water that took 3 days to resolve. The living room and dinning room floor was dirty on arrival but was likely due to the carpet having to be removed due to the AC water leak. The management company did respond quickly for the clean up. The door lock also was a problem. The code did not work and had to text the management team to get a new code every time we entered for the 1st 3 days then the lock code stopped working altogether. We had to use a key and the method for unlocking with a key was not typical and very quirky. The management company was gracious and provided a gift certificate for the inconvenience that was worth just above 1/3 of 1 nights stay.
