The open floor plan offers a living, dining, and family area on the main floor that opens to a large lanai for outdoor dining. The kitchen features gleaming white cabinetry with solid granite countertops. Upstairs, the large main bedroom suite with vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet opens to a second lanai with panoramic ocean views. The spacious main bedroom bath offers double sinks, a walk-in shower and a relaxing soaker tub. The second bedroom also opens onto the lanai and there is a third bedroom to accommodate all your guests.

Na Hale O Keauhou’s grounds are meticulously maintained, and the amenities are extensive. Enjoy the large pool, children’s pool, and spa plus a fitness facility.   Overall we were very happy with our stay in Na Hale O Keauhou B4. The unit is beautiful with really nice furniture. We love the view of the ocean from the lanais.
  We had a small problem with the code getting into the unit for a couple of days but that got fixed when they gave us a new code.
  Also, we had a small leak in the kitchen ceiling which we believe came from one of the showers on the upper floor. They sent someone the next day to check this out.
  Also, the carpets on the stairway needed cleaning.
  Overall, we were very happy and would consider renting it again.

  Our group of 3 couples were very impressed by the rental. The incredible views are truly stunning, but especially at sunset. It was well equipped and maintained, and we were so grateful to find 3 rooms with queen/king beds! The location was very convenient for snorkeling down the hill, Magic Sands Beach, shopping, and our excursions out of the bay (Manta night snorkel and Captain Cook daytime). The wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards in the garage were an extra bonus! We all felt this was the perfect place to stay, and a great value.
  
  The management company was wonderful. They communicated well, in a timely manner, and were very helpful. We needed one thing we couldn't find, and they quickly had it delivered.
  
  We did have a little difficulty finding the correct unit, since it wasn't included in the address we received. We arrived around 9 pm, and the link in the guide Romvari sent, took us to the incorrect cluster. It was uncomfortable trying our code on a door or two and finding it not working. I texted, and they called me immediately and helped us find the right unit. Hopefully they will include the unit letter and number for future guests.
  
  We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend wholeheartedly.

  When we arrived at the condo, the inside temperature was 91 degrees. The A/C had stopped working and could not be fixed for several days. We had to stay in a hotel for 2 nights and then found another condo in Waikoloa. Big disappointment and disruption to our trip. The condo seemed very nice, but the situation was very frustrating. We liked the Waikola location better.

  We loved the amenities at this condo! The pictures may have underestimated how spacious the condo was and how beautiful the views were! We were short on wash clothes so I called and they had more delivered for us promptly. The grounds were immaculate, the pool/hot tub was larger than we anticipated and quiet, the gated community is very nice. The kitchen and bathroom(s) were well equipped, the lanai’s were amazing! We used the grill and cooked in twice, there is a nice grocery store close... we will stay again!

  Quite simply we could not have asked for a better accommodation. The condo was spotless. The decor was in keeping with the beauty of the island and the amenities were way more than we have ever experienced. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms fully stocked. Beach towels and even beach toys for kids. The grounds and pool were delightful and clean!   This townhome was absolutely perfect for family for our first day in Kona. The home was extremely clean, well stocked with everything that you could ever need on a vacation and very central to all the activities we were interested in. The pool area was wonderful and we utilized it every day. the house is in walking distance to a local grocery store and down to a wonderful snorkeling beach and an area where you could take surf lessons.   The B4 townhome we rented was incredible! We arrived to a spotless home with everything we needed for our family vacation. There were so many details we were grateful for that were included. The kitchen was fully stocked. The gas grill was large. The beds were very comfortable. The reclining sofa/loveseat were a great way to put up your feet after a day of touring the island. The location is fantastic- out of town far enough that you don’t get the noise but close enough that you can visit whenever you’d like. The pool was divided into 3 sections that cover everyone from age 1-101. There is a large main pool, a hot tub for those over 12 and the kiddie pool. There’s also an exercise room. White sands beach was nearby and we loved wave diving. (Not a great beach for young kiddos- the waves are aggressive). If you’re going north to the beaches or Waikoloa or south to the volcano, this place was as central as you can get. The views of the ocean and the sunset were fantastic and we spent many days soaking up the sun here and watching sunsets. The gated community made us feel safe immediately. The communication with the management group was great also! We plan on returning next year!
