Welcome to paradise. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee out on the lanai looking directly at the ocean. Watch the boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure, the whales, when in season, are also viewable from the Lanai. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops and a marble backsplash. All Whirlpool appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. The newly remodeled bathrooms include walk in showers with tropical glass panes new vanities, light fixtures, chair height toilets, and mirrors. The cozy living room consists of large couch, 3 large chairs, turtle cocktail table, and end tables to enhance your island vacation. Hardwood bamboo floors extend from the stairs into the upstairs bedroom. Louver doors were installed for more privacy and ease of use upstairs. 3 AC units that are whisper quiet and resort quality are in each bedroom and living area. Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. This unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, not only is it a great family beach, it is one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. During the evening hours, visitors and locals grab a beach chair and watch the sunset on an expansive grass area above the beach. There are two swimming pools, spas, and two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise. This unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has a California King Mattress. The upstairs bedroom has a California King with a full private bathroom. There are six ceiling fans, along with three air conditioners. However, with both lanai doors open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite cool!

  This condo was very nice and had all the amenities. Nicely decorated and updated made for a very enjoyable stay. All rooms had mini-splic HVAC units and ceiling fans throughout. One of the splits in the lower bedroom was not blowing very cold air and just needs a simple recharge. Loved the location and easy access to the beach and sites.

  Our family stayed here for 10 nights and we loved it. We picked this location because we wanted to be close to everything but not STEPS away from everything for peace and quiet. The location is a couple minutes drive to everything we needed; beach, entertainment, and shopping. The property itself was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff was very responsive to our questions. It's across the street from the Kihei boat ramp which is awesome since there are snorkeling tours there every morning. We would stay here again if we come back to Maui.

  There are three lanai’s, one very large one of a perfect view of ocean and sunsets. The condo has everything for a beach day, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We had some unforeseen maintenance issues that happened, not to anyone’s fault, things sometimes happen. Romvari rentals was quick to respond and offered us compensation for inconvenience plus to move to an upgraded condo. Jessica was amazing to work with.

  Our rental had the most spectacular view, was super quiet, was easy to keep cool for sleeping, was very clean and comfortable, and had comfortable beds for sleeping. The kitchen had the basics, but maybe could use a few more convenience items ( plastic storage containers to use at beach and pool for snacks, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, a 1-2 day supply of coffee, cooking spray.). Otherwise, everything was perfect! The supplies shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was very nice. 4 nice beach towels, beach mats, and some pool/beach items were also provided. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely rental!

  The property is ideally located across the street from Kamaole III beach, and is easy to find. The view from the Lanai was amazing and it was easy to watch whales as we had breakfast and in the evening.
  
  The condition of the property was excellent. The facilities and appliances are up to date and the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully done. It had plenty of space for us and was a nice home base to come back to in Kihei.
  
  We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had no issues at all in dealing the the owner/managers or the onsite staff.

  Kudos to the property and property manager for ensuring that nothing interfered with our return to Maui after a decade and having a fabulous time introducing Paradise to our 11-year old.
  
  We loved the layout of the property including the lanai with a gorgeous view which was exactly as advertised.
  
  The location was perfect for our family with easy access to several beaches including the wonderful Kewakapu where we spent a good deal of time. The surrounding landscape within Maui Kamaole was lush and beautiful and the pools were never crowded. All of Wailea and Kihei neighborhoods were within a few minutes.
  
  The property was very well maintained and everything worked as expected. We also appreciated that the essentials were well stocked upon arrival and we did not immediately have to worry about what we don't have in the kitchen or the bathrooms.
  
  Although we never really had to reach out to Romvari, they did an excellent job of communicating with us and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Thanks!

  Overall a nice place to stay. Great location. Great view. The condo was clean and met our needs during our stay on Maui. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed. 1. Time for a new dishwasher. Current one doesn't work well. 2. A few of the electrical outlets were not attached in the wall properly. We had to be carefull when plugging and unplugging cords into these outlets. 3. The Upstairs bathroom sink was slow to drain. None of these things are deal breakers but should be taken care of. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Maui.

  Very easy check-in process and good communication from Jessica. The place was very clean and updated. There were enough kitchen supplies and the provided beach chairs, mats, and coolers were much appreciated. But the best part of the unit was the patio. Wow, the pictures do not do the view justice! Sunsets were amazing, no need to even go across the street to the beach! Great location, can easily jump into Kihei town or down to the resorts at Wailea. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

  This is our third vacation at this property, and we are already booked to return next year. The unit was clean & comfortable and the recent upgrades were noted and appreciated. One comment--the dishwasher needs attention or to be replaced. It is not attached correctly under the counter, making it difficult to secure the door. It also doesn't clean dishes effectively--they need to be clean when they go into the dishwasher, or they don't come out clean at the end of the cycle.

  Maui Kamaole is one of our favourite places to stay in Maui and unit A204 is the best unit we have stayed in. Hawaiian decor is timeless and the unit was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials including beach gear. We would definitely stay here again. We did have a problem with the dryer but Jessica at Rombari responded immediately to fix the problem. Overall a great vacation rental.

  The most incredible sunsets. Never went out to eat dinner because we couldn't have a better view of the sunset. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. It was a quiet, tranquil location even though Kihei road wasn't far away. Beaches were easy to walk to and having the chairs and umbrella available to use was great. Nice pool and hot tub that was an easy walk away.

  We loved this unit. It has a great view of the sunset every night, the furniture is comfortable, the beds are sublime, and the air conditioning is perfect (quite, consistent, and unobtrusive). It has a nice compliment of kitchen ware and dishes, even a spice cabinet with things you usually miss having but don't want to make a trip to the store for. The unit is beautifully maintained and the management company was responsive and helpful. Four stars. Would definitely rent again.
  
  The location is at the south end of Kihei's business district. It's quiet and even thought the road is between the unit and the beach we never heard it or noticed it until headed elsewhere.
